Mark Francher brings decades of experience to key strategic role

DUBLIN, OH, September 17, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Meeder Investment Management has appointed Mark Francher as Chief Human Resources Officer, adding an accomplished human resources executive with more than two decades of experience aligning talent, culture, and organizational strategy with business growth.

Francher joins Meeder after serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at CAPTRUST Financial Advisors. He previously held senior human resources leadership roles at Qualcomm, where he helped lead talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce initiatives across a large, complex organization.

As a member of Meeder's Leadership team, Francher leads the firm's human resources strategy, including talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. His appointment comes as Meeder continues to invest in the people, capabilities, and infrastructure needed to support the firm's long-term growth.

"Mark brings a valuable combination of strategic leadership, business and financial acumen, and deep experience developing talent and organizations at scale," said Bob Meeder, President and CEO. "Our people and culture have always been central to who we are as a firm. As Meeder continues to grow and evolve, Mark will play an important role in ensuring we continue to develop our people, strengthen our organization, and preserve the qualities that have made Meeder distinctive for more than 50 years."

Francher said Meeder's culture, long-term orientation, and opportunity for continued growth were important factors in his decision to join the firm.

"Meeder has built a strong culture around people who genuinely care about doing the right thing for clients, one another, and the communities we serve," Francher said. "My focus will be on building upon that foundation and developing the talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities that will support Meeder's continued growth. I am excited to help create an environment where our people can grow, contribute, and do their best work."

Francher holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
