Jenner Law Names Bella Ramirez As a 2026 Make a Difference Scholarship Winner

BALTIMORE, MD, October 30, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jenner Law is proud to announce Bella Ramirez as one of its 2026 Make a Difference Scholarship winners. Bella is in her first year at Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Originally from South Florida, she graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2025.

Bella Ramirez's work in community-based advocacy started in her teen years. In her freshman year of high school, one of the neighboring schools was struck by tragedy. A school shooting left 17 dead, and Bella organized a county-wide rally. She also helped register hundreds of voters.

Originally, Bella was on a path to a career in journalism. As an intern in the Investigations Department of NBC News, she helped uncover federal student aid fraud. Bella decided on a shift to law school when she realized she wanted to be able to more actively fight for positive change.

Bella is heavily involved in her community at Cardozo School of Law. She is in the Gates Scholar Program for first-generation students and the Public Service Scholars Program, a member of the American Constitution Society and the Public Interest Law Students Association, an 1L representative for the Latin American Law Students Association, and a senator on the Student Bar Association. In addition, she is in training with the Unemployment Action Center, which helps unemployed people secure the benefits they need.

Jenner Law believes strongly in the power of positive action. The Make a Difference Scholarship is directed toward academically excelling students who are also focused on making a real difference in their communities and the world. Bella Ramirez is a stellar example of such a student.
